Welcome Back! It’s time for another growth period for us Market Mamas. This episode of our podcast is unscripted and reviews recent struggles, lesson highlights from upcoming discussions, plans for our continued evolution, and so much more!
Market Mamas was born out of the intimate conversations Becky & Kendra just naturally had week after week for our first few years trading. So, this and future episodes like this one, are created in that likeness. They are open discussions centered around what we went through this past week, what work we are creating for you all coming up, powerful messages we recently heard and love, and what individual hurdles we are working through the most right now. Purpose being to serve you all with what also serves us. Learning to become a consistently profitable day trader is very hard. And letting out the emotions and experiences of it in an authentic and honest way feeds our minds and spirits. And allows us to essentially debrief and re-center so we can get back in our arena day after day!
Sometimes we busy parents get so sucked into the grind, hustle and juggle of it all! This was a good moment to review the importance of also making time for what feeds our souls.
The same morning we recorded this episode, we first interviewed trading mindset coach and 20 year trader himself, Zvi Benyamini. This discussion was a powerful one for us to both gather gems from him to bring to you all, but also consider our own journeys and psychological areas for improvement. We particularly loved his emphasis on digging deeper into our individual psyches to identify and target those areas for the most impactful improvements to our lives on all fronts, not just trading. Definitely check out that episode as well. We touch on some great takeaways here, but that full conversation holds so much value!
A main factor at this point, nearly 6 months into our podcasting journey, is how we can continue to evolve and expand. We are working on improving our open discussions like this one, in style, flow and with the topics.
